Day 11 -- 5 March 2010

So today was my day off and I decided to sleep in. Woke up and got to talk to Monkey Butt which if I must say so was a great way to start out the day. I have been craving making Chicken Cacciatore this past week and my mission today was to FINALLY make it. I had a bunch of errands to run which I ended up finishing up and then I finally decided to make it. It may take quite a while to make, but good God was it amazing. The whole downstairs of my place smells like it and just YUM!!!
